国際的リテイラーが全在庫品目・販売促進・購買作業管理を任せることのできるマーチャンダイジングマネージャーを探しています。このポジションにおいては、会社のグローバルマーチャンダイズディレクション・ストラテジーに沿った各店舗の商品ニーズを満たすべく、識別、計画して頂きます。また、パーセンテージを通しての売上合計も職務の一つとなります。

・ シーズン毎の購買を実行；トップライン・店舗の具体的品揃えプランを開発し、商品フローを決定する。
・ VMとリテイルオペレーションとのパートナーシップの中で、売上・収益性を最大化するべく、店舗SKU・許容プランを開発。
・ マーケットの具体的ニーズを組み込むために商品開発の企業マーチャンダイジングと協力。
・ シーズン毎、月間の企業クリエイティブディレクションを説明するマーチャンダイズプレゼンテーションプログラムの開発に当たり、VMと連携をとる。ビジネスのキーとなる目標を達成するためのウィンドウ・店舗内プレゼンテーションを実施。VM、財務や店舗業務と協力し、新規店舗オープンに伴う品揃え計画と個別SKU必要事項を開発。
・ OTBプランの開発/メンテナンス/更新に際してのマーチャンダイズプランナーとの協力。部門の財政目標に沿ったシーズン前のマーチャンダイズを計画し、それに対する実行。売上推進のために必要な全プロモーション活動を先導。
・ シーズンのクリエイティブディレクションやビジネスドライバーのサポートのため、シーズンマーケティング目標開始、開発、実行に伴うのマーケティングチームとの協力。
・ 業績分析の開発、強化や連絡。事業目標達成のため適宜に実行。ウィークリービジネスレビューミーティングへの積極的参加。
・ マーケットにて最良のポジションを確保するためにマーケットのトレンド、競争、マーケットでのカテゴリー機会に敏感でいること。

A global retailer is now looking for a Merchandising Manager responsible for all the management of Inventory, merchandising and Purchasing. This position is responsible for identifying, planning and satisfying individual store merchandise needs consistent with corporate global merchandise direction and strategies. Also responsible for total sell through %.

・ Execute seasonal buys; develop top line and store specific merchandise assortment plans, determine product flow.
・ In partnership with VM and retail operations, develop store SKU and capacity plans to maximize sales, turn and profitability.
・ Collaborate and partner with Corporate Merchandising in product development in order to incorporate market specific needs and exclusives.
・ Partner with VM in the development of merchandise presentation programs that represent the seasonal, and monthly corporate creative direction. Implement window and in store environment presentations that drive key business objectives. Develop new store opening assortment plans and visual SKU requirements in collaboration with VM, Finance and Store Operations.
・ Collaborate with the Merchandise Planner in the development, maintenance and updating of the OTB plan. Create pre season merchandise plans aligned with departmental financial objectives and execute against them. Initiate all promotional activity as needed to drive sales.
・ Partner with the Marketing team to initiate, develop and implement seasonal marketing objectives in order to support seasonal creative direction and business drivers.
・ Develop, enhance and communicate business performance analysis. Executing accordingly to meet business goals. Active participant in Weekly Business Review Meetings.
・ Stay current on market trends, competition, and category opportunities in the market place to ensure best position in the marketplace.
