- Co-ordinate, provide staffing and sourcing support for the Japan- Korea SBU Perform Plus development plans

- Organise, assist in selection of vendors and administer Learning and Development activities

- Assist in recruitment of new staff.

- Support induction programs for new employees

- Modify company rules with the changes in the local employment regulation and communicate to employees

- Maintain accurate employee information
