予算管理編成業務について
ＩＴの予算編成、管理、支払いを実施。現在新宿と調布にＩＴ予算管理課が分かれて業務を遂行。予算の編成・管理をするのが新宿チーム。支払いチームが調布。
ＩＴ予算管理課は各部長、ＣＩＯの方針の下に年間予算をたて、毎月の会計締切に必要なデータを経理部に提出する課。会社全体の予算権限は経理部。そのなかのＩＴ予算の管理をおこなう。ＩＴ予算管理課にてQuarterとHalfの締め処理に必要な情報を経理部に提供する。また必要な情報的提供をシニアマネージメントに行う（部長、ＣＩＯ）

主な業務＆責任内容
支払処理業務
組織拡大のためサポートが必要になったための増員。
請求書の受付、支払いに必要な書類を整理し経理部に該当データとともに提出する処理を行う。ＩＴ部門で発生した請求書をＩＴ予算管理課で処理しているので、それにともなう処理業務。年間の処理数は数千件。業務拡大とともに既存プロセスを見直し中なので、今後業務にともない一緒に改善案を出すだけでなく、改善タスクを実際にインプリメントしていただきます。
将来的にはＩＴ予算管理課のなかで予算管理業務もローテーション予定があるため、予算管理業務にも携わることになります。
支払いのクロージング処理時、月末月始また決算時（１２月がＧＡＡＰ決算、３月は生命保険会社決算）
業務においては経理部と連携したタスクがはいります。（決算時には業務が多忙化する可能性があります。）

Payment processing
Additional resource is required for supporting the organization
as it has expanded.
The main task is to review and organize necessary documents
for payment and acceptance of bills and submit to Financial
Management Department. Since all IT bills are processed by IT
Finance Group, the number of bills handled accumulates to a
few thousands a year. The Group is currently revisiting the
current process to be inline with the expansion of the business
process. The Group will not only be coming up with new ideas
for improving the process, but also be implementing them.
IT Finance Group is planning to have internal resource rotation
in the future and there is a possibility for being involved in the
budgeting work.
There will be tasks with Financial Management tasks involved
in payment closing processing timing, beginning and end of
month, financial closing timings.
Financial closing: GAAP closing in December, Life insurance
companies’ closing in March
Work volume will increase and become busy for finance.

情報処理数が数千件にも及ぶため、敏速に処理業務に携われるかた
責任感があるかた（Deadline Manner）、同じＩＴ管理部でも他課と連携したバックオフィス業務があるので
マルティタスクで業務に携われる方
ＩＴ業務に関して知識がある、もしくは興味があるかた
会計知識があり、比較的大企業での経理経験、予算管理経験があるかた
経理部とのやりとりが必要なので、大手企業での経理バックグランドあればなお可
コミュニケーション、チームワークがあるかた
積極的に新しいことを習得し、向上心があるかた

日本語母国語、英語あれば可能

Due to the volume of work required to be processed, we request for
someone who could be engaged in speedy work.
A person who has the sense of responsibility（Deadline Manner）. A
person who is capable of multi-tasking is preferred as there are some
back office work in IT Control Department that requires working
together with other sections. A person who has IT knowledge on is
interested in IT.
A person with accounting knowledge, experience of accounting and
finance in a relatively large company, a person with budget management experience. Since there will be interactions with Financial Management Department, it would even be better if one has financial background.
A person with communication skills and willing to work in a teamwork
environment is welcomed.
A person who would is aggressive about learning and improving.
