職務概略　(Position Summary)
エアバックECUのハードウェアエンジニアとして、国内基準に則り、マイクロコントローラーおよびASICのHWサーキットをデザインする。製品製造のライフサイクルの中で、エレクトロニクスの導入及びメンテナンスを担当。　開発プロジェクトの国内外のチームメンバーとのコミュニケーション能力・協調性および課題に対する問題意識・体系的問題解決能力を養い、発揮できる仕事。

職務範囲　（Essential Duties and Responsibilities）

ハードウェアモジュールデザイン/シミュレーション/テスト/ハードとソフト様式のインテグレーション
海外のプロジェクトチームと協調しデザインアイテムを調和させる
BOM 検証/ サプライヤーの仕様との部品仕様を一致させる.
製品の耐用年数および欠陥率の策定
FEA 分析 / failure mode / 部品欠陥部分の発見および対処
FMEA/FTA 分析 /機能欠陥部分の発見および対処
EMCテスト
シュミレーション、テスト、レビュー、試作品等の開発に関するドキュメンテーション

ハードウェア回路の設計経験
モチベーションの高い方
国内外のチームで働く能力
