New POSITION Available - Brand Manager / Marketing Manager

My name is Nicolas Rafenomanjato and I am working as an Executive Recruiter here in Tokyo.
I am specializing in FMCG industry and I am working with the Major International and National Players on the market.
My clients are International Food Manufacturer - Leader Worldwide, they are very active and strong on the Japanese market.
・Job Responsibility
Expand the business to convenience stores chains, big supermarket chains and department stores
Advertising, Promoting, Planning and Developing brands and products
Supporting the sales section for developing new market
Planning and developing new markets
Planning and developing new products along with the R&D department.
Lead the brand strategy and marketing plan development
Lead the execution of the marketing plan
Lead the assigned innovation projects
Manage Brand Building budget
Analyze and report the brands’ monthly performance
Accountable for Brand P&L
・Working Relationships
Report to Associate Marketing Director or the Marketing Director
Closely work with other Brand Managers for integrated marketing activities
Closely work with outside partners; advertising, media, research promotion agencies, promotion partners and other suppliers
・Work Environment
External professionals/advisers: legal, nutrition, health, etc.
Some software for effective project managements
Accessibility to the server from the outside
Flexibility in working time management
・Job Experience Needed:
Experience both Marketing staff and Marketing Manager
Experience to manage some subordinates (depending on the position), and achieve some success by the team
Experience to work at food business or near one
Experience marketing at convenience store chains, big supermarket chains, and department stores
Experience to plan and develop new brand and new products
・Skills
Marketing Skills
Management skills for the team or the task team of business developing
Communication skills to customer and to internal sections (Sales, Plant, Board of member, etc…)
English skills to communicate with others on Business
