· A person who supports portfolio management team mainly for implementation of investment strategies, risk & performance analysis, and occasionally for investment research

· Working in a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities/Duties:

· Provide portfolio management team with accurate portfolio information such as cash, holdings exposures, and risks.

· Collaborate with PMs/other PAs for order generation and trade support

· Communicate PAs in other offices for global accounts

· Enhance data maintenance and data flow for trading and portfolio monitoring

· Infrastructure support for portfolio management team collaborating with IT staff

· Work with Analytics/Risk Management staff to develop Daily Dose

· Develop and enhance risk and performance attribution analysis tool/report

Competencies:

· PC skills (Excel, Access, preferably SQL)

· English communication skills - both writing and speaking

· Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team-oriented environment

· Self motivated and willing to assist/communicate with others

· Preferably, familiarity with fixed income investment workflow and understanding of fixed income instruments

· Preferably, with flexibility and capacity to supplement some part of portfolio assistant function
