Medical sector world leading Company seeks Human Resources Development specialist. Covering recruitment and training aspects of HR you will report to the Japan President and work in an HR & General Affairs team of 7 people.

Eligibility and critical competencies:

" Experience in training (both regular employees and temporary staff);
" Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills;
" Willingness to learn and positive attitude to self-improvement;
" 5+ years experience in HR;
" Self-motivated;
" Ability to communicate in international environment (proficiency in English);
" Knowledge of Medical industry and market will be a plus;
" Strong PC and presentation skills;
