A Global Software company looking for a new Business Development Director for the Manufacturing (Auto) Industry.

Responsibilities include:

- Strategic Sales Planning.
- Business Development.
- Increasing Sales within the Hi-tech sector.
- Mapping the market.
- Repoting overseas.
- Communicating with the companies buisness heads around the world to develop strategies for Japan and the APAC region.
- Working closely with Sales/Pre-Sales/top management.
- Being the "expert" in Japan for the Hi-Tech industry.
- Being "the face" if the company within the Hi-Tech sector.

Requirements:

- Native Japanese/Business-level English.
- In-depth understanding of Auto Industry.
- Ability to communicate with C-level contacts in Auto companies.
- Solid network of contacts within the Auto Manufacturing Industry.
- IT/software knowledge preferable.
- SCM knowledge.
- Sales/Business Development background.
- Proven track record.
