世界的に有名な欧州系化粧品会社が化粧品製品開発マネージャーを募集。
職務内容 （Job Responsibilities）：
- 売上目標達成のための製品営業戦略の立案及び実行
- マーケティングプログラムを実行するための外部ネットワークの構築
- 営業部門、顧客及びR&Dチームとの十分なコミュニケーション・意思伝達
- 効率的・効果的な予算管理
- 予測データ入力及び日次在庫管理
必須条件 （Essential Qualifications）：
- 消費財会社における3年以上のマーケティング経験（化粧品会社なら理想的）
- 日本語・英語両方での優秀なコミュニケーションスキル及びプレゼンテーションスキル
- 多様な文化及びその複雑さに関する理解
- 優れた企画力・調整力
- 創造力 （クリエイティビティー）
- 高い英語力 （TOEIC800点以上、または同等の能力）
- PCスキル （MS Word、Excel、PowerPoint）
あると望ましい条件 （Preferred Qualifications)：
- 海外 （勤務・学習 etc.） 経験
- 大手日本企業及び外資系企業での勤務経験
- 色彩に関する知識 （メークアップ、スキンケア、ヘアカラー、ファッション業界関連） があれば尚可

Product Development Marketing Manager
Exempt or NON- Exempt (管理職／非管理職）
Depends on experiences and skills
Job Responsibilities
Develops and executes marketing strategy including products to meet sales target. Develop outside network for executing marketing program Communicate well with Sales and Customers Communicate with R&D
Controls effectively budget
Forecast input and daily stock control
Essential Qualification
Minimum 3 years experience of marketing in consumer goods company, ideally in cosmetics (Fashion or Creative or Marketing Agency site OK as well) Excellent Communication and Presentation skill in both English and Japanese Understand the diverse culture (multi-cultures) and the cultural complexity Strong planning and coordination skills Creativity English (TOEIC 800 and above) PC skills (Ms word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualification
Overseas experience
Experience both in a Japanese large company and in a foreign company Knowledge of color would be a plus (make up, skin care, hair color, fashion industry). Creatve Agency site OK
