Job Description

Responsible for the successful sales of Temporary Staffing Services/Permanent Placement of candidates.

Duties:
■　Bring in job orders daily
■　Interview and qualify candidates
■　Match available candidates to orders
■　Close on all client/candidate interviews
■　Generate specific revenue every month to ensure growth and to meet sales objectives
■　Responsible for developing business within existing client base, developing leads through business and social interaction
■　Develop new Clients
■　Negotiate staffing contracts, terms and conditions including candidate’s salary, salary increases, and working conditions
■　Attend trade functions, industry events and associations geared toward networking

IT・外資系およびバイリンガルITエンジニアに特化した人材エージェント部門にて、派遣契約ポジションおよび正社員紹介ポジションにおけるセールスを担当していただきます。　　

【具体的には】
■　新規クライエントを開拓し、バイリンガルITエンジニア向けIT関連のポジションを獲得する
■　ポジションにふさわしい候補者をクライエントに紹介し、採用、成約に結びつける
■　稼動スタッフやクライエントの環境における問題点を洗い出し、問題となる前にパーソネルチームと協力の上解決する
■　既存のクライエントの保持およびビジネスの拡大など

Required Skills

Essential Skills:

■　2 years Sales experience
■　IT Technical knowledge
■　Excellent written and oral communication skills
■　MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

■　2年以上の 業界でのセールス経験
■　IT・テクニカルに関する知識
■　高いコミュニケーションスキル（written and oral）
■　MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint）のスキル

Desirable Skills:

■　Human Resource skills
■　Knowledge of IT Staffing business

■　人事に関する知識（労働法、社会保険等の知識）ある方、歓迎
■　エージェントビジネスに関する知識のある方、歓迎
