The incompany currently looking forward for the qualified Helpdesk/user support position for a foreign capital company.

Functional Title: Helpdesk/User Support
Department:　IT
Reports directly to: Team leader

Overall Objectives:
*To provide office systems as well as users support
in client businesses in Tokyo.

Core Responsibilities

*Ensure quality support is provided to the business users.
*Ensure user expectations are managed on system support, and
maintenance
*Vendor communication and management

Qualifications:
*Some basic PC and applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) knowledge required.

Experience:
* 1 or more years of IT experience
* Experience in Microsoft　application support (optional)

Skills:
*Knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and PC.
*Self-starter and quick learner
*Strong communication skills / Team player
*Working knowledge of English/Japanese
