Job Description
Experienced managing teams of promotional staff (up to 10-15 people) and be able to coordinate the team for locations/timings/tasks. PEOPLE management a must. Will be working on a new branded product that is already selling in over 100 countries worldwide.Energetic and excited about the brand.
Help to grow a global,famous brand into the Japan market through sampling and promotions.
-Working with promotional teams of up to 15 members, conduct sampling programs for a new brand entering the Japan market.
-Be able to maintain the brand value in the market.
-Show enthusiasm and energy at all times when working with the ’public’
-Solve issues that arise with scheduling, location and tasks quickly and efficiently.
Required Skills
Candidates for this position should have the following skills:
Management
-10-15 promotional/sampling staff

- English - not required but a benefit.

- Ability to handle pressure and multiple tasks at a time
