Job description

The person will provide payroll, social and labor insurance administration service to multiple clients, both in Japanese and English. The job will include the following:
¨ Communication with clients
¨ Payroll calculation including bank transfer and the end of year settlement
¨ Processing of social and labor insurance
¨ Ensuring full compliance
¨ Client consultation
¨ Administrative support
¨ Other related to the above

Requirements
¨ 2-years relevant work experience
¨ Word, Excel (high level of command)
¨ Experience using payroll software
¨ Well organized
¨ Team player
¨ Payroll and social & labor insurance related certification (not required)
