 Your core focus will be to provide support to our top Recruitment Consultants through researching, interviewing and pooling candidates, managing all aspects of advertising and applications and maintaining candidate and client files on the database. You will also be involved in all sales administration as well as customer service.

You will need to be passionate about people so you can find and match the right person to the right job. You must be able to demonstrate exceptional communication and influencing skills and ability to communicate in both Japanese and English.
