The Job:
A client-side position with a primary focus on assessing and designing internal controls compliant with Sarbanes Oxley 404 requirements. Specific tasks include:
- Evaluating risk and materiality
- Documenting/reviewing documentation on processes and controls
- Identifying required key controls and control owners
- Closing gaps between existing controls and required key controls
- Facilitating implementation of key controls
- Designing and executing tests of control

Requirements:
- Broad understanding of financial and operational processes across a range of industries
- Developed communication skills, including English/Japanese proficiency
- Change management skills
- Project management experience
- IT knowledge
- Computer literacy
- Professionalism


Desired Education:
MBA, CPA (U.S./JPN/etc), ACA, ACCA or current students of these qualifications
