Job Description

1. End user support/  Desktop environment

 -Provide first & second level Technical support as required.

- Troubleshooting and resolving problems. Compile daily problem logs – noting system malfunctions, ongoing problems and current status of all issues

- Identify and resolve points of failure, escalating to other technical staff or third party software vendors as necessary

2. Support Windows Server (Active Directory, File server)

3. Overseas communication and Vendor Management (Coordinate with vendors or outside service providers to resolve problems and complete new projects in a timely and effective manner)

4. Knowledge of Infrastructure monitoring and network is nice to have

5. Knowledge of all office hardware and related peripherals is nice to have

6. Work with coworkers and teams to ensure effective prioritization and completion of problems or projects

7. Create, update and publish documentation relating to existing and new procedures as necessary

 

Required Skills

 * Only Japanese native, should be willing to handle both Japanese/English language calls and emails.

 * Working experience in IT desktop support (Windows environment)

* Strong Troubleshooting skills

* Ability to solve technical problems and make documentation

 * Knowledge of financial domain is nice to have but not mandatory

 * Should be able to manage goals and deliverables

 * Ability to adapt to changing business needs

 * Self-starter and quick learner

 * Flexibility, Commitment and Integrity

 * Good Analytical, Problem solving and Documentation skills
