職務概要
セキュリティ製品のサポートと技術アシスタンスを、電話・メール等を通じて、小規模な企業から大規模な国際企業にわたる顧客、およびパートナ様に提供していただきます。
顧客及びパートナ様に対して、ウェブセキュリティ製品に関連するサポート、技術アシスタンスを行い、ケース作成・解決・解決方法の文書化を行います。

業務内容
・ 電話・メール等での製品に関するサポート業務
・ 初期のトラブルシューティング、優先度の高いケースにおける文書化、次レベルサポートへのエスカレーション業務
・ 各種トラブルシューティングツール・設備・機器を活用し、顧客の問題を再現および解決
・ 顧客満足を達成するソリューションを提供する

・ 2年以上のテクニカルサポート経験
・ Webプロトコルに関する知識（HTTP、HTML、SSL）
・ Webアプリケーションセキュリティの脅威と防御メカニズムに関する知識
・ イントラネット、インターネットにおけるTCP/IPサービスに関する知識
・ DNSサーバーに関する知識
・ 製品及び競合製品に関する知識
・ Windows、Unix、Linuxに関する知識
・ 顧客サービススキル、トラブルシューティングスキル、ケース管理能力
・ 日本語、英語（読、書、話）に流暢であること
