- チケットに応じたトラブルシューティングへの対応。
- システム、アプリケーション、ネットワークなどの障害の復旧や、リクエストへの対応。
- 様々なアプリケーション・OSに対するサポート。
- 未解決の障害やリクエストの担当へのエスカレーション。
- テストプランの作成・実行・レポートと、シニア・マネージャーへのアップデート。
- ネットワーキング担当、設計担当、ビジネス・アナリスト、アプリケーション・サポート・アナリスト等との共同作業。


Job Description

Are you a skilled and billingual helpdesk professional? BiOS is now looking for IT staff such as you to go in to a number of open outsourcing opportunities, including openings in investment banks, law firms and real estate comapanies.

As desktop support staff with BiOS, you will:

- Demonstrate decision-making in identifying problem causality, business impact and root causes, documenting the same in Emergency Management System tickets
- React to systems, application outages, networking issues, escalating where necessary
- Support operating systems, including those hosting in house applications or 3rd party applications
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of system implementation lifecycle (SILC) and change control process
- May act as liaison between architects and application team
- Interact with various teams to identify system requirements
- Participate in project plan development from an operations stand point
- Create, manage and report on test plans and provide updates and status to Sr. Management
- Demonstrate compliance with internal and client framework and processes for all systems
- Work with Networking, Architects, Business Analysts and App Support Analysts

Required Skills

- Windows NT、2000、XP、Microsoft Office等のセットアップ方法と使用方法を知っている方。
- ネットワーク、Unix/Linuxのシステム管理、VoIPなどの知識をお持ちの方は、歓迎です。


Qualifications

* The first thing is your “can-do spirit”!
* Communication skill is just as important as technical skill for this position. As well as being required to escalate issues clearly and efficiently when requireed, you will also need to communicate clearly with customers and provide a reliable and trustworthy service
* Developed self-management ability, such as self-planning, organized, multitask, flexibility, and team working skills
* Knows how to setup and operate mainly Windows NT, 2000, XP, Microsoft Office, as well as being able to trouble shoot hardware issues as well.
* Any other technical knowledge, such as Networking Skills, Linux/Unix sys admin, VoIP knowledge, would also be a great positive point!

Language Abilities:

* Native or business level Japanese language skill.
* Business level English language skill.

Applicants MUST have an appropriate Visa allowing them to work normally in Japan.
