Job Description
BiOS is looking for an account manager to join our multinational sales team in Tokyo.
We are an IT Systems Integration business operating in Tokyo since 1998. We have been providing customized bilingual IT solutions, services, and support to a wide range of small and large foreign firms in Japan.
In this position, a candidate will be responsible for introducing our bilingual IT outsourcing services, focused on IT infrastructure, as a business development professional.
This is a great opportunity for those who have a couple of years of sales experience in a multinational environment.
Responsibilities
- Representing BiOS as a member of the frontline Sales Team
- Introducing and expanding BiOS’ business with the goal of increasing revenue and profit by understanding our services
- Research and contact potential clients through the cold-calling approach
- Finding new business leads, initiating contact with potential clients, opening and closing deals
- Handling and managing customer relationships, such as project and service requests, procurement needs and the full lifecycle of service delivery
- Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives
- Attending and building a healthy network in the Tokyo multinational market – chamber networking events, trade shows and industry presentations
- Coordinate project management activities and assignments by liaising as SPOC between internal engineers, vendors, and clients

このポジションでは、弊社のITアウトソーシング・サービス(主にITインフラストラクチャー)を、市場のリサーチ等を通じ取引先企業を新規でご開拓頂きます。
営業、顧客管理又は顧客との直接交渉業務のご経験を、国際的な環境にて活かしたい方に最適な案件です。
業務内容
- BiOSを代表し顧客への営業を担当
- 顧客のニーズにマッチした質の高いサービスを安定的に提供することを念頭に、取引のある既存の顧客との関係を構築
- コールド・コールの手法を用いて、新規取引先となりうる企業のリサーチ及びコンタクト
- 顧客の発掘からサービス締結まで一連の流れを全て担当
- プロジェクト、サービス・リクエスト及び購買などの顧客へのサービスの提供プロセスを、一つのパッケージとして管理
- 月次、クォーター、又は年次の営業目標成績を達成させる
- 東京における国際的な展示会などに参加し、顧客との交流を深める
- プロジェクトの管理業務を、社内エンジニア、ベンダー、及び顧客の間に立ちコーディネート
Required Skills
- More than two years of B2B sales or client-facing experience in Japan
- Experience in IT industry highly preferred, but not a must
- Knowledge of IT Hardware and infrastructure system (server, network, PC, etc.) preferred, but not a must
- Should be able to develop relationships with new clients by cold-calling approach
- Should be sensitive to industry news and conditions
- Should be able to develop relationships and close deals
- Motivated self-starter
- Well organized and acute attention to details

Fluent-level English and Japanese language skills are required
- 2年間以上のB2Bセールス又は顧客との交渉業務を日本にてご経験されている方
- IT業界でのご就業経験をお持ちの方であれば尚可
- ITハードウェア及びインフラストラクチャー・システム(例:サーバー、ネットワーク、PC、等)の知識をお持ちの方であれば尚可
- 新規開拓(コールド・コールなど)をご担当頂ける方
- 業界のニュース又は状況を頻繁に確認することが出来る方
- 自ら進んで行動できるモチベーションの高い方
- 自己管理能力に長けており、詳細に気を配ることが出来る方
