Job Description
The team mate will be responsible for leading joint services initiatives with global and regional partners, defining solution opportunities, new offering development, go-to-market programs, drive joint business development, as well as act as the strategic interface between FSGBU products. This individual will work with cross-functional teams Oracle and FSGBU to define and drive FSGBU strategies and initiatives; establish strong corporate relationships and field alignment, and evolve services engagement models. On a worldwide basis, this person must develop strong internal relationships with Oracle & FSGBU Channels, Global Alliances and Professional Services organizations to ensure alignment of Oracle FS Solution strategy to greater Oracle goals and objectives.
Required Skills
Responsibilities:
- Lead with compelling vision that is in alignment with Oracle’s overall strategy
- Develop and manage relationships with Oracle across functional areas including product development, marketing, business development
- Evangelize Oracle FSGBU products, solutions and services and educate Partners on product, marketing and services. Plan and manage product launches, go-to-market initiatives, as well as market and field enablement activities
- Represent and align FSGBU objectives with partners on product, solution, services go-to-market strategies and programs
- Build portfolio of differentiated FSGBU solutions, go-to-market promotions and strategic projects jointly with partners.
- Work with Sales, Channels and Global Alliances to align and implement Oracle FS strategy
- Achieve quarterly bookings and MBO targets for FSGBU lic sold and delivered through the Oracle Partner Network and partners community.
- Maintain accurate records and proactively report/communicate key metrics on all aspects of FSGBU alliances business
Requirements:
- 8+ years experience in SI/SO alliance management with a major SI/SO
- Prior alliance management experience with SISOs required
- Proven ability to recognize, analyze, and take action on go to market approaches, marketing programs, joint value propositions, and business cases around strategic partnerships
- Familiar with software field sales organizations and SISO Business Partner models
- Cross-functional influence, relationship building, and project management skills toward a broad constituency ranging from customers, channel partners, sales, marketing, and technical management
- Team player. Strong drive. Self starter. Willing to take leadership role in driving initiatives, working across organizations, and structuring approaches to new opportunities
- Familiarity with a broad range of application and infrastructure software is desirable
- Technical undergraduate degree a plus.
