目的

• 責任を担うカテゴリー内において製品ラインのために新製品、又は構想を強化し、及び展開していくための具体的な活動に取り組む。
• 具体的な業務目的と、複雑な特性と可能性のある解決策に向けた技術支援に関し指示に基づき行動する。技術的品質のために業務は精査されます。

責務

• 必要に応じ改作や改良を行いつつ、科学的分析や実験的設計のために規定の方法／技法に関し正確さと順守をもって開発業務を遂行する
• 新製品開発のための構造化された計画を展開する
• 関連する規制コード遵守を確かなものにするために全ての新しい／改訂されたラベルの複写を精査することの責任を担う
• 工場実験を開始し、それを監督する
• 申請のための原材料に関する評価と承認
• 製品配合組成のために必要とされる基本的な食品安全指針を理解し、それを利用する
• 原材料や配合物に関連する工場での問題に関し技術的支援を提供する
• 活動に関する月次報告を提供する
• ＩＰＭ，生産／研究開発ミーティングに参加する

The client is the Japan office of one of the leading food and beverage company in the world boasting an operation spanning 170 countries and over 160,000 employees, with over $US 49.2 billion in annual revenue.

Purpose:

• Undertake specific activities to enhance and/or develop new products or concepts for portfolio of products within the responsible category (ies).
• Act upon instructions on specific assignment objectives, technical assistance on complex features and possible solutions received. Work will be reviewed for technical quality.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Perform development work with accuracy and adherence to prescribed methods/techniques for scientific analysis and experimental design, making adaptation and modifications when needed.
• Develop structured plans for new product development
• Be responsible for reviewing all new and revised label copies to ensure compliance to relevant regulatory codes
• Initiate and supervise plant trials
• Evaluation and approve raw materials for application
• Understand and utilize basic food safety principles required for product formulation
• Provide technical support for plant issues relating to raw materials and formulation
• Provide monthly reporting on activities
• Participate in IPM, Production and R&D development meetings

Required Skills

• 食品技術領域（例：栄養学、微生物学）に関する理解があればプラスだが必須ではない
• 優れた英語力（読み書きのスキルは最低限必要）

• プロジェクト管理に関する経験
• （例えば）品質管理に関する製造経験や知識があるとプラス

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor Degree in Science related discipline
• Around 5-7 years of working experience
• Understanding of food technology principles (e.g. Nutrition, Microbiology) is a plus but not a must
• Good English Skills (reading and writing is minimum)
• IPM knowledge
• Experience in project management
• Manufacturing experience and knowledge in e.g. quality control is a plus.
