We are advocates of the idea that experience is key and skills can be taught.  Therefore, our requirements are experience based and not skills based.  We simply require you to have the experience of success in your life, knowing what it is like to achieve and win.  We hope that you have had experiences that have humbled you, giving you solid emotional control with a high level of confidence and intuition. 

We hope, but do not require, that you have had previous business experience, as well as experiences where you have had to work with people, in either education or counseling.  We desire strong sales acumen however; we do not require it as long as you have the potential to quickly put to use the tools that we will provide.
