Job Description
- Providing 2nd level user/desktop support to all aspects of a quite large user environment
- Managing, leading and supervising Desktop Break fix & Engineering Support
- Functioning as part of cohesive team that will deliver a full spectrum of IT services
- Escalating issues accurately to leader levels when required and liaising with global IT support offices
Required Skills
Specific skills with respect to supporting all aspects of a help desk environment are essential. These include, but are not limited to:
- Knowledge of PC hardware, OA software, Lotus Notes and Networ Operations Expertise (specifically help desk functions)
- Call Center Experience
- Strong Desktop and Remote Support Expertise
- Excellent customer support skills and communication skills are required
- End User support Experience 3years plus required
- Fluency in spoken and written Japanese with Intermediate English or better preferred
- Suits a young ambitious support engineer who wishes to be a challenged in a larger environment with opportunities to step up and advance their career
