Installation, configuration, administration and support of real time data delivery systems based on Unix (Solaris, AIX or Linux). The successful candidate would be working in a foreign financial institution based in the Tokyo area. Strong knowledge of Solaris, Veritas, EMC storage, Sun Enterprise Servers and Linux with good grounding in networking principles required. Previous experience within the financial industry an advantage.

Candidates should be based in Japan, available for interview, and be able to start this position quickly.

- minimum 5 years Unix administration experience (administrating / maintaining Unix systems on a daily basis).
- Unix scripting / basic programming desirable.
- Knowledge of financial market data systems and previous financial sector experience a distinct advantage.
