Due to regional expansion, we are currently looking for recruitment consultants for our Tokyo office. We are open to applications from applicants of all backgrounds with a particular emphasis on those from a recruiting or sales / marketing background who can demonstrate a genuine ability to liaise and work with top-tier professionals from a diversity of industries and backgrounds. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management skills, a flexible and cooperative attitude, an ability to multi-task and to meet mutually agreed performance targets, a demonstrable interest in Japanese culture and a mid-term commitment to Japan.

Basic requirements:

- University degree

- Minimum 3 years of consistent experience in the same industry, preferably in Japan OR minimum 2 years actual recruitment experience (ESL or related does not qualify)

- Business level English is required

- Level 2 Japanese skills or above are preferred, but for the right candidate, are not essential
