Job Description
ROLE: SUPPORT ENGINEER
BAND: E1-E2
Job Overview:
This position is responsible to provide front-end, technical support by providing answers to most product or product line usability or functionality questions
KEY SUCCESS ATTRIBUTES:
• Provide Technical Support for a product or product line
o Receive frontline issues/calls from most customers
o Handle all functionality and usability related issues
o Understand the process on how to progress complex issues towards higher level Engineers for resolution Enhance the customer experience
• Develop skills with products and related technologies to provide quality customer support
• Understand complex product or product line questions, record them accurately, and use the appropriate process to progress issues towards resolution.
• Create/update customer issues.
• Send product solutions to customers.
• Issue closure with verified solutions.

The typical candidate will have strong trouble shooting and communication skills, 12 to 36 months of experience in a related field, and/or a commensurate education. The candidate must be proficient with the product or product line they will be supporting.
