 一流不動産会社でのバイリンガルの営業を募集しています。

Our client is looking for a bi lingual "Sales Representative" for Real Estate Leasing Sales.

職務内容

  • オンライン上に掲載された賃貸物件についての営業全般を担当する（電話での問合せに対応、実際に物件を紹介、交渉と契約書の締結まで）。
  • 週間、四半期、年間、それぞれの業績目標を実現する。 
  • 売上を報告する。 

DUTIES:

  • B2C Sales (Leasing)
  • Meet Weekly,  Quarterly and Annual Sales Targets
  • Sales Reporting

給与

固定給月額20万円～25万円　プラス　成果に基づく高い手数料　のシステムです。

COMPENSATION:

YEN 200,000-250,000 yen guaranteed monthly salary plus high "results based" commission structure.

Required Skills

  • ネイティブレベル相当の日本語力
  • 中級レベルの英語力（会話レベルで十分です。）
  • 有効な普通自動車免許証
  • 2年以上の営業経験
  • 不動産業界での実務経験があれば尚可。

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native Japanese equivalent Japanese Skills
  • Intermediate level English (Conversational)
  • Valid Drivers Licence
  • 2+ Years Sales Experience
  • Real Estate Industry Experience preferred but not required
