Job Description

We have a very immediate requirement in Kobe where we are looking for a native level Japanese project manager (Any technology background)

 

1) Will be placed in Kobe with a multinational pharma company - the term is for two years.

There are a number of engineers and managers already working on various other projects with this customer in Kobe.

2) The project is an Indian offshore software development project with offshore engineer and onsite engineers.

3) The job is to interface with the customer and end-users (Japanese people) on Project Management.

4) The project management will be related to Schedule, Quality, Requirements, Design, Development and Testing.

5) Required skills are Project Management, English capability and of course Japanese language.

6) No specific Technical skills are required but the candidate should know IT Technology and Software processes to be able to understand and communicate with the customer and end-users.

7) Soft skills required are - good interpersonal communication, experience in working in global environment, confident and able to inspire confidence in customer and end-users in regard to project management.
