Job Description

Our client is looking to hire a Senior Sales- Director level representative.

this person will become the number 2 or 3 most senior staff in the Japan office and be in a leadership role.

 

DUTIES

Manage and Lead channels team in Japan

Strategic Planning and Sales Planning

Close Cooperation with VP Japan

Develop clients

Extend current business relationships

 

Japanese Native Equivalence with strong Business Level English.

5-10 Years in related Industry.

5+ Years in a Senior Sales,  Management or Director level position.

Proven sales trackrecord Channel and Direct Sales

Strong Presentation and Communication skills

MBA preferred but not required

Salary shown  (15-20 M) is only an estimate,  final compensation will be a base plus performance incentive.   Negotiable.
