Job Description
Our client provides Video Conferencing and Mobile video products. They seek a "Key Account Manager". This is a non management "Sales Position" that reports to the Japan Sales Manager.
Japanese Native Equivalency with strong Business Level English.
5-10 Years in related Industry
Proven sales trackrecord Channel and Direct Sales
Strong Presentation and Communication skills
Ambitious and hard-working, result driven, highly efficient
Good understanding of videoconference, unified communication or networking industry is must, as well as very strong track record to work directly with large customer accounts in finance, telecommunications, public sector or manufacturing.
This person has developed and executed tactical sales planes including quotas and account objectives. Strong negotiating skill and capacity is very much required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop your own client portfolio
Extend the business relationship and cross-sell to existing customers
Develop the relation with partners sales force, in order to develop the market in the region
Represent the company in the Japan.
Support the build-up of the local presence in the Japan.
The position is based out in Japan, travel may be required.
