The Office Assistant position is vital to the success of our business as you are responsible for a number of important things that keep the floor in first class condition and tip-top operating order for both Serviced Office and Virtual Office clients.

You will be working in one of our modern 5-star office locations in Tokyo within a highly motivated young team of professionals. You will be utilizing high-tech IT solutions that make our business and work life easier.

You will be performing general office duties such as:
* Courier and mail arrangements
* Fax and photocopy handling
* Office/kitchen supply arrangements
* You will take care of the overall presentation of our prestigious offices
* Work with our clients & their guests assisting with their meeting and boardroom requirements.

Full training on reception will be provided so you can assist in this area, welcoming guests and handling phone calls. Your training will be extended to secretarial and IT. You have many opportunities for advancement.
