Job Description

Manage and lead a client servicing team to ensure prompt delivery of high quality of service to the responsible clients in order to achieve the set financial objectives, to improve operational capability, and to train juniors.

• Drive client satisfaction by solving the client business issues and by providing profound insights and actionable recommendations to clients
• Manage and develop a qualitative team with strong leadership
• Maximize target revenue and profits from the assigned/new clients by increasing sales and reducing costs
• Build and maintain ongoing relationships with the identified key persons within clients and develop new client relationships
• Train junior researchers from planning to presentation
 

Required Skills

Typical Position Pre-requisites:

• BA / BS required (MBA desirable)
• At least 6 year qualitative research experience
• At least 3 year moderation experience
• Capable of maintaining the current client relationship to deliver sales streamline
• Capable of developing new clients
• Knowledgeable about research planning/Moderating/Analysis reporting /Presentation skills
• Capable of training junior researchers
• Manage a qualitative team
• Strong intention to achieve target revenue
• Strong leadership skills
• Have an excellent mind-set to try to improve the current service level of quality and speed including project management, recruitment, cost structure, development/efficient use of outsourcing network
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Native Japanese level
• Native/fluent English level
