We are looking for multiple Project Managers who are able to start immediately, to work with our top financial services and multinational customers.

Successful candidates will be responsible for project managing the implementation of new IT infrastructure and disaster recovery solutions for large international financial organizations. Candidates may also be required to evaluate, analyze and recommend multiple solutions.

This is a wide-ranging position, with many opportunities to gain exposure to some of the latest technologies available on the market. Candidates should be detail oriented, logical, have good communication and documentation skills, who also enjoy working in fast paced environments.

Location / Environment
The candidate will work in the Tokyo region. The Candidate should be comfortable working without constant supervision and must be able to identify and prioritize tasks.

The candidate should be based in Japan, or able to come to Japan immediately for interviews.

A seasoned IT professional experienced in the planning and implementation of a wide array of technical and business projects. The individual must identify and address the hardware, software, planning, scheduling and personnel issues pertinent to the implementation of an effective network expansion or relocation project.

Additionally, the following specific knowledge would be advantageous:

1. Experience of planning and implementing a large IT Project, or several smaller projects, and able to demonstrate such experience.
2. Project planning for systems and application software, PCs, PBXs, distributed platforms and networks.
3. Project management skills, including scheduling, resourcing and vendor management.
Budgets, proposal justification and cost analysis.
4. Competent use of presentation and project management software.
5. Basic knowledge of investment banking IT concepts, with an emphasis on the type of applications and infrastructure used to support Dealing Room and Operations functions
6. Experience of working with and managing a diverse team on IT Staff, and third party vendors.
