Job Description

  • Responsible for day-to-day management of client relationships and acting as primary liaison between Agency and Client.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Clients.
  • Maintain thorough understanding of Clients’ products and brands, including competitive and other industry forces that shape the business
  • Manage all daily account management activities, including on-going client communications and providing direction to internal agency teams, as well as managing client financials such as estimating and billing
  • Participate in and assist on development of Client presentations

Required Skills

  • Experience with Pharmaceutical or Medical Industry marketing and advertising
  • About one year experience on the Agency side strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency required
