Job Description

A Senior Software Sales Executive is needed to fill a position at a leading technology company, located in central Tokyo. We need a bright, articulated, and aggressive sales executive to sell banking & insurance software products into the financial industry. The selling will be focused on driving new business by consulting with prospective clients.
The sales executive will be responsible for lead generation and follow-up, pipeline management, drafting proposals, solution selling, and negotiating and closing deals. Effectively, the sales executive will manage the sales process end to end.

  • The position will report to the Managing Director in Japan and the APAC Manager.
  • Salary is base plus commission, based on experience. Job requirements include knowledge of the financial and technology industry.
  • The candidate must have familiarity with computer software and terminology.
  • Good communication, written, and presentation skills is also required.
  • Some contacts within the financial industry are a plus.
