Job Description
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide pre & post sales technical support in Asia Pacific to both customers and business partners. The assigned duties will include, but not limited to, the following:
Pre-sales support
• Assist sales with any pre-sales activities including
o quotations
o technical responses
o solution design
o Request for Proposals (RFP)
o Presentations
o Attending customer meetings, together or on behalf of sales.
Post Sales Support, including
• Project management
• Installation activities
• Maintenance support,
o Monitoring Asia help desk.
o Trouble-shooting
o Creating and updating Incident tickets within CT helpdesk tool, TechExcel.
Training
• Provision of sales and pre-sales training to both customers and business partners. This may be web or classroom based training.
Required Skills
Preferred Windows 2003 server certification, if not good experience. Preferred CCNA certification, if not good experience with VoIP solutions.
Preferred database and LAN skills. Must be Strong English skills to escalate issues to HQ.
