• Complete knowledge of Airline MRO processes
o Maintenance Engineering
o Maintenance Planning and Scheduling
o Maintenance Operations
o Supply Chain Management
o Inventory Management
• Good understanding of MRO Software products
• Provide business training to the technical team
• Interact with business users on day to day basis
• AS IS Process mapping and Requirement Analysis
• Create Functional Specifications of the MRO applications
