Job Description

SUPPORT ENGINEER
SUPPORT DESIGNER
4-6 Years
• Provide Production Support & Maintenance to the client applications
• Resolve client queries
• Co-ordinate with offshore team
• Status reporting of the tickets/issue to client and Manager
• Update the ticket status in the ticket tracking tool
• Knowledge of Airline MRO business (Preferred but not necessary)
