Project Associates run the daily operations of recruiting, including research, sourcing candidates, recruiting calls, keeping projects on schedule, database maintenance, pre-screen phone interviews, correcting resumes etc. This is not a clerical role. It’s a role with real responsibilities, with strong sales elements. It directly links to company profitability.

The Project Associate role can be the first step in a career as an executive search consultant.
