Job Description

Finance Controller

Support the Country manager of Japan by controlling their finance and accounting function
Implementation of strong Finance, Administration, Credit control.
Create reliable reports and budgets
Manage team of 3-4 people
Tax filing and statutory accounting
Business analysis, including budgeting, and calculating KPI such as margin analysis on specific deals.
Handle general admin and HR issues.

Required Skills

Finance controller

5 - 10 years finance management in a gaishike company.Experience in a B2B manufacturing industry
Experience in a public accounting or audit firm appreciated
Experience in both accounting and financial planning sides.
Managerial experience.'
Experience reporting directly to senior management
Experience handling HR issues helpful, but not necessary.
