Job Description
- Provide first and second level user support to users both in Japanese
- Answer user requests in a timely and efficient manner with an emphasis on user satisfaction
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate to 3rd level when necessary coordinating with global teams
- Desktop/laptop, set-up and software installation and management

Participate and contribute to projects merging thousands of users from diverse platforms onto the global standard
Required Skills
- Strong experience and knowledge necessary to support desktop level issues
- Excellent customer service skills, in person, on the phone and in writing
- Proactive attitude toward user support, willing to always improve your knowledge and support style
- Conversational level English or higher required along with native Japanese
