Account Manager

Job Description;

  • Lead and manage campaigns of Direct Marketing/Relationship Marketing/Interactive Marketing for existing and new clients.
  • Accountable for achieving clients marketing objectives
  • Coach and guide Senior Account Executives and Account Executives in the account team in order that they can provide client with high quality services.
  • Manage campaign projects to be proceeded and completed meeting clients expectation in quality, schedule and budget.

アカウントマネジャー
職務内容：

  • 既存または新規クライアントへのダイレクトマーケティング/リレーションシップマーケティング/インテラクティブマーケティングのキャンペーン実施をリードおよびマネジメント
  • クライアントのマーケティング目標達成に対し説明責任を負う
  • 質の高いサービスを、チームメンバーであるシニアアカウントエグゼクティブおよびアカウントエグゼクティブが実現できるよう指導する
  • リードするキャンペーンがクライアントの期待に沿うクオリティ/スケジュール/予算で進行し、完了するようにプロジェクトマネジメントを行う

 


Required Skills

REQUIREMENTS & Preferred experience;

  1. Above 4 years college graduate
  2. 3-6 year experience of Agency would be preferred
  3. Overall marketing knowledge
  4. Direct Marketing and Interactive Marketing knowledge
  5. Project Management Experience
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  7. Account Management Experience
  8. Fluent Japanese
  9. Business English
  10. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills.
