職務内容

As a personal assistants (PA) you would act as the manager's first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization. Typical work activities include:

  • Provide administrative services.
  • Executive assistan tasks.
  • Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
  • Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post.
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
  • Organizing and attending meetings and ensure that the Senior manager is well-prepared for meetings.

In addition to supporting managers, their team and departments, you would also have your own personal workload and responsibilities. Additional duties may include:

  • Carrying out specific projects and research.
  • Taking on some of the manager's responsibilities and working more closely with management.
