Due to their global business expansion, they are urgently looking for project manager who has passion to develop his/her skills and experience and leading its multi-national teams members.

Ideal candidate would have strong communication skills both in English (near native) and Japanese skills (e.g., more than JLPT level 2 certificates) and a deep understanding of the entire development cycle. The individual will work with global teams and would influence the company’s global business strategy.


Responsibilities:

- Working with team of 4-5 developers, between IT and user side with lots interaction of business strategies.
- Work in conjunction with the business side and internal users to develop efficient systems.
- Function as the project manager to manage new connections.
- Interface with Business Users regarding production environment and issues.
- Work with internal teams to manage the compliance and legal requirements.
 

Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience. (Does not have to be experience at financial firms)
- Knowledge of PMP will be ideal
- Extensive experiences in entire system/application development cycle
- Experience with programming skills such as Java, C++, etc
