Job Description

PROJECT MANAGER

Role:

Management and control of Localization/Translation project.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years experience in Localization or Translation to become a Project Manager.

Description:
Localization project management and follow-up
- Planning, progress management
- Cost control
- Risk managements
- External communication between the Company and Clients
- Internal communication between the Japan Office and other offices (English communication)
- Support for and cooperation with sales team (making proposal, quotation, progress chart, etc.)
- Some Quality control of projects


The Company is handling variety of localization projects. ’Project Manager’ position needs precise and speedy handling of project under the various pressures. We prefer candidate has self-initiative mind with strength and flexibility at the same time.

Required Skills

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Working experience over 2 years
  • Fluent Japanese
  • Business English level
  • Experience in Localization and/or Translation


We like to have someone like:

  • Positive and cooperative (team work)
  • Flexibility
  • Good communication skill both in Japanese and English
  • Logical thinking and presentation skill is helpful
  • Preferably with Project Management or Coordination Experience
