Job Description

1. To identify and define customer needs, objectives and business requirements, and create values (technical & business) by participating throughout the sales cycle as a member of the solution team for the account.

2. To establish credibility and confidence with customers/prospects during sales campaigns.

3. To develop and maintain the company's "Trust Advisor" status with customers by identify customer business objectives and implementing pre-sales proto-type demonstration/proof-of-concept/pilot that showcases the company's ability to meet customers' needs.

4. To have throughout understanding of the company's product solution sets (integration engine/messaging/adapters/portal/etc.) in order to have sound and convincing pitch to customers of the specific value propositions of the proposed solution.

Required Skills

* Sound and proven business knowledge with previous role as technical consultant for EAI related projects;

* Be able to communicate how technical solutions can solve complex business problems before technical/business users in the area of EAI, its related value propositions and return on investments

* Be able to formulate custom business value propositions and present them convincingly to customers

* Be able to understand and learn technical information and EAI/Messaging/Portal/etc. products functions; ability to do custom product demo and presentation to both business and technical users

* Give detailed technical explanation of the solutions involved; knowledge of IP Networking, Database Management, Applications Monitoring & Management, Distributed Objects, Message-Oriented Middleware, Transaction Processing, Web Services and programming in Java, J2EE, JSPs, and Java Script.
