HR Manager

Our client is an established player in the Healthcare sector that has been experiencing a high level of growth in recent years. Owing to internal movement a vacancy exists for a Human Resources Manager. Based in the centrally located Tokyo office this role will cover the full spectrum of Human Resources including Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development. Reporting into the HR Director the HR Manager will manage two employees.
Required Skills
To succeed in this role you will be;
- Degree qualified.
- Seven years of HR Generalist experience.
- Stable track record.
- Prior management experience or the desire to manage.
- Strong organisational and co-ordination skills.
- Business Level English
- Career focused
- Passionate about Human Resources.
