Job Description
Accounts Receivable:
- Creates/Reviews invoices and provides timely and accurate billing with customers.
- Ensures timely collection and prompt resolution of customer inquiries.
- Analyzes aging status to report monthly.
- Manages Accounts Receivable, Unapplied Cash, Unclaimed Credits, Clearing, Accrual and Bad Debts.
- Monitors cash, wires and credit card applications for accuracy and timely input in Oracle A/R system.
Others:
- Prepares journal entries and reconciles general ledger.
- Support administrative services (telephone, office mail, etc)
Required Skills
- Three (3) or more years accounting experience including managing accounts receivable and customer billing.
- Native level Japanese and Intermediate or higher level of English: Hearing and speaking to communicate in person and over the telephone.
- Oracle 11i/Projects experience (good to have)
- Good computer literacy with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of applicable laws, codes and regulations.
