Job Description
Dear Candidate,
My client is one of the most famous IT companies in the world and has an APAC support office ( 15ppl) in Tokyo that needs a head of Accounting and General Affairs. Please take a look at the information below and feel free to contact me at anytime with your questions. As this is an urgent search, please contact me ASAP if you are interested.
The person will be responsibile for overal accounting/human resources and logistic/administration for our office in Tokyo, with 12-15 employees currently on the site. The person will report to accounting manager in Korea directly, and dot-line report to the HR Director in Singapore.
Since the office is relatively small and we need a well rounded, self-efficient professional to work for us, we are quite open if the candidate require some work hour flexibility.
Below please find the selection criteria and job duties for your information.
The following are the criteria for this position.
1. University Graduate
2. 5 years work experience - understand US GAAP and JP GAAP
3. Good at accounting system, preferably Oracle
4. Good Command of English in both converstaion and writing. ( TOEIC 800 )
5. Good communication skills, matural in personality and hands-on.
6. Experience in MNCs is preferable.
7. Experiences in human resources administration and familiar with the personnel regulation in Japan.
Job duties:
1. Fixed assets management (handling purchase order, record the fixed assets, and asset counting).
2. Tax filing (including fixed assets)
3. Monthly closing and reporting
4. Manage the outsource to work on expenses reports , payroll, etc.
5. AP Bank transfer, vendor payment including employee benefit plan providers
6. Cash flow management
7. Provide ongoing Human Resources support on the site and ensure the compliance of local and Yahoo! practices.
8. Manage office facility
