Job Description
The client seeks an expereinced HR Generalist to cover one division of a growing 700 person business at this foreign subsidiary. You will report to the division Director and the HR Director to support all HR needs for 60-80 employees. You will support the division in amangement recruiting, employee development, performance appraisals, employee safety and welfare, and other related areas.
Required Skills
1) 5-10 years total work experience with 3-5 years experience as an HR Generalist
2) HR certifications or university studies in HR preferred but not essential
3) Financial services industry experience is a plus
4) Fluent/ Native Japanese ability and Business Level English
